Please read these terms before booking your personalised itinerary.

Service Overview

I create a detailed, easy-to-follow travel itinerary based on your interests, travel style, and route.
Recommendations include activities, accommodation, walks, lookouts, cafes, and suggested stops.

Included

One personalised, downloadable PDF itinerary delivered via email.
One round of tweaks/clarifications after delivery to make sure it fits your preferences.

Not Included

I am not a travel agent and do not book flights, accommodation, tours, or activities.
Hour by hour scheduling is not included; you have flexibility to adjust each day’s activities.

Client Responsibilities

Provide complete and accurate travel details, route, and trip length before I begin.
Confirm payment before work starts.
Follow local rules, weather conditions, and travel logistics while using the itinerary.

Payment & Delivery

Payment via PayPal is required before work begins.
Itinerary delivered as a PDF via email within 7–10 days of confirmed payment.

Refunds & Changes

This is a digital service created specifically for you and is non-refundable.
After the one included review, additional changes may incur extra fees.

Privacy

Files you provide (e.g., forms or documents) are stored securely and kept private.

By using this service and following the itinerary provided by Tartan Coconuts:

I review a fully completed itinerary and provide feedback on pacing, timing, suggested stops, and minor tweaks.
Suggestions may include lookouts, walks, activities, or cafes that you could fit into your trip.
After I send feedback, the itinerary is final.
